Alice in Wonderland - Drama update

So, as you probably know, my school is doing Alice in Wonderland for their spring musical, and I'm the mad hatter. We worked on a few scenes yesterday, and I think that the play is going well. My favorite song is 'The Unbirthday Song' because I get to sing it. My sister is one of the royal cards, and she is happy with her part. I think that the cast is making progress. There are a few people that could improve more than others, but mostly it's fine.

Play auditions (part 2)

On Friday, December 13, I had auditions for a play. I think my audition went well. For the audition, we had to say a monologue and sing a short song. I recited the prologue from beauty and the beast, and sang part of be prepared. My director said I'm probably going to be the mad hatter.

I am really busy this week.

As the title says, I am really busy this week. I have a lot of things going on, including 1 music festival, 2 MAP tests, 3 rehearsals, and 1 field trip. For the music festival, I have to stay for the whole day. I have the MAP tests on 2 different days, and the rehearsals are Thursday and next Monday. The field trip is Thursday morning. YAY!

Drama Performance

I had a drama performance on Monday, may 7th. It was called the granny awards and it was fun. It is about honoring the fairy tales that entertain us. I was a kitten, Cinderella, and Red Riding Hood.
I got to sing descant.
