Minecraft Map tips

Hello everyone! I'm writing about minecraft again! Today, I am going to give you tips on making a good minecraft map!

step 1 : plan

To have a good map, you have to know what you're going to do. For large scale maps, it helps to have a sketch, but if your map is smaller, you're probably fine with just a mental model.

step 2 : find the right area to build. If you're building the world from scratch, it takes longer but you get a better area. If you use the default world, you get the world pre-built, but it may not be what you're looking for.

step 3 : storyline

this is completely optional. If you write a storyline, you can invite friends into your world to complete puzzles.

Building

commonly, good maps will have many buildings and structures to work with, but always start with one to see what you think.

Things to do on minecraft

If you don't know what to do in Minecraft, I have a few ideas for you!

1. Renovation!
a. if you find a naturally generated structure, such as a village or woodland mansion, you can give it a renovation so that it fits your style!
b. if you have an older world, you can renovate a build that you created and make it better

2. Survival
a. I know this sounds like something everyone would say, but if you spawn in an interesting area, and you can actually survive there, it's fun to try a new world!

3. World building
a. build a fantasy world based on a place you've seen in a movie
b. create an entire country
c. build a real life place

4. Every achievement
a. get every single achievement
b. get all the nether achievements
c. get the end achievements
d. get all the overworld achievements
