Christmas Break

I had fun over break. I went to three museums, a waterpark (it was inside), and Nickelodeon Universe. We also visited both our grandmas and grandpas. We played with the dogs. We played Minecraft with my uncle. I got a brain benders book. I also got new pajamas!!

School started again today. I had family group time and there's a new student in my class. I'll meet him later today.

Skype playdate!

A few days ago I had my first Skype playdate. A friend of mine moved to Florida and I haven't seen her in a long time. I played Barbies with her on skype.

Today is the last day  before Christmas break. Over the break I'm going to go to some museums, to the Mall of America, and to see both of my grandparents. It's going to be very fun!

Karate!

every Thursday I have karate. I know the basic blocks. I also know the star block! It is usually at Central park school. But last week we had to go somewhere else!

My Fun Weekend

On Friday I got to have a baby-sitter. We played Legos and watched the Ultimate Silly Song Countdown. On Saturday we got to go to Nickelodeon Universe. Then we got to go to Oma & Opa's! On Sunday after church we went sledding and I slid like a penguin on my tummy. Then we watched hockey and got to eat downstairs! It was a good weekend.

My Oma Made Hats!

My oma wants to help me with my project, so she made hats. They're one size fits all - the same hat fit my sister and my mom. Tell me which one you'd like if you want to help support my project!

Sometimes school is hard

I'm learning division right now. It's hard - even harder than multiplication! I'm also getting extra science. Some in the morning with my mom, some with my class. I read about Hawk Mountain and woodpeckers today.

I get to read a lot too. I really like fantasy fiction. Last time I was at the library, the librarian showed me how to find the ones with stickers on the spine that have a spaceship or unicorn on them. My mom says that was her favorite kind of book when she was younger, and she loves to read my books to make sure I'll like them.

Gifts that Help Others

I'm making things again this year to sell to raise money. Last year I donated to World Vision to help girls around the world go to school. I raised over $150. This year the money is going to special needs children and adults through Lutheran Special Education Ministries and the PACER Center. Here are some of the things I currently have. I can do requests too, but I don't have clay for charms anymore. You may donate as much or as little as you like, but please remember that I need to pay to mail them too.
