Germany trip!

We are six weeks away from going to Germany. I'm so excited! I get to see my friend and visit a new country. I already have my passport. Yesterday I even dreamed about going to Germany on a plane. I thought it was real! I can't wait!

Testing week!

Last week I had my tests. They were easy. I had to take tests for math, science, social studies, maps, dictionary reading, and writing. My mom told me it was impossible to get 100 because that means I'd beat myself! I got to go to school all day every day, except the day I got sick in the morning.

Ice show weekend!

I had my ice show last weekend. It was fun!! I got a treat for the end of my last ice show. My treat was fruit snacks !!! My favorite thing was my part in the show. My trick was two jumps and then backward skating.

Ice Show

On Saturday I had ice show pictures. I like my costume. It's bright yellow. We rehearsed the finale last week. Two of my friends are in the ice show too, so it's fun to practice with them.

Last night we went for a walk. My mom and dad make my sister walk too, even when she whines. They say we need to get ready for walking around Germany this summer!

Spring break!

On Monday we went to the Mall of America.We had a Mystery Ticket. It was for a whole day of rides! We went on rides until I realized it was after 5:00 and I was hungry. Then we ate at Noodles & Company and had dessert at Cold Stone Creamery.

Yesterday we went to the Science Museum with Uncle Jon and his friend Kim. It was fun! I tried to pull the fish with my hands and then I stepped on the part I had pulled so I could pull the rope down more. I also played with the hydraulic circuit.

Karate Test

Today we're going to have a karate test. It is going to be easy. I know all the moves: star block, all the types of kicks, checking the storm, and the sparring combinations. I like karate because it helps make me safer. I learn the moves, but I also learn safety topics like ice safety, water safety, car safety, and awareness.

Community Showcase!

We went to a community showcase at the high school where Papa went. We saw lots of his marching band trophies, played a fun matching card game, built a bird house, broke boards with our feet, and used iron filings to dust for our fingerprints. The police man told us that no two fingerprints are exactly alike, even on twins! That's why they can be used for identification.
